Mary's 7-step process

1. Market Analysis            Identify comparable properties that have recently sold and currently on the market

2. Pricing Strategy:            Using the data obtain from the Market Analysis as well as other relevant factors,                                              establish the listing price and other conditions of the sale.

3. Pre-Listing Tasks:             Obtain certificate of location

​

                                      Prepare the house for pictures and future visits. This can include the following:

                                         - De-cluttering

                                         - Repairs & upgrades (only if needed)

 

4. Listing period:               Your home is on the market. We promote it through marketing and advertising. This                                          phase is where I leverage my vast network of potential buyers and industry contacts.

 

5. Negotiating the sale:     When the right offer arrives, I negotiate to ensure all of your demands are met. 

 

6. Inspection:                   You cannot celebrate until the inspection is a success. My wide experience with older                                       homes both as a broker and an owner allows me to ensure the inspection goes                                               without issues.

7. The Notary:                 For this crucial final step, I will work with you to finalize the file and make certain the                                       transaction concludes properly.
